บทคัดย่อ
The experiment of improving by-cacth quality for human on the 22 meters single trawler, 22 days per trip on board was studied about the increasing of sorting and icing time, labours, quantity of ice, storage rooms and fish containers.The storage life of improved by-catch in good keeping conditions and its cost were also found out.The results of those increasing of the sorting and icing time, labours and storage rooms had no problem forany improving.But the quantity of ice and fish containers were not adequated for using in one trip on board.The storage life of improved by-catch in the same keeping conditions as commercial fish was about 2 weeks and the cost of improved by-catch after having calculated was shown at 2.93 Baht/kg.By comparing from at that moment marketing price of by-catch at 2.50 Baht/kg.
