บทคัดย่อ

It is recognized that research and development work could be a dead capital if it is not been transferred to users consequently.Fish Technological Development Division has transferred the appropriated fish technology to villagers in rural area in better utilization of fishery resources.During 1984-1985, almost 400 people from 10 villages in rural areas in northeastern were trained fish processing and preservation, It was found that trainees can apply the techniques in their daily cooking and is able to preserve fish during surplus period for future uses.
