บทคัดย่อ
Clam-meat with ice was performed for the microbial isolation to investigate the micro-organisme change after having been kept at 2° - 4°c for 15 days.The TVC/gm of 15 day clam-meat will give 3 log cycle difference and also the majority of the microflora on 15 day clam-meat is Vibrio and Aeromonas, Flavobacterium-Cytophaga, Achromobacter-Alcaligenes and Pseudomonas groups.But on 150 Krad and300-Krad irradiated sample will be found Hicrococci include Sarcina and Gafkya.The predominant microflora and the Flavobacterium-Cytophaga will turn to be the big majority as well as Vibrio and Aeromonas at the late of storing period of unirradiated iced clam-meat.
