บทคัดย่อ

Mycotoxins in food-a review of recent analyses. An overview is given of the occurrence of mycotoxins in some grains, oilseeds, fruit and vegetables in Australia.  The findings of a local laboratory are compared with the overseas experience.  The results confirm the low level of mycotoxins in Australian food.  However more research and monitoring is needed to maintain the current satisfactory situation.
