บทคัดย่อ

Comparison of two clean-up principles for detemination of trichothecenes in grain extract.

Two cleanup principles for the multi-de-termination of 7 trichothecenes, DON, nivalenol, diacetoxyscirpenol,fusarenon-X, T-2 tetralo,HT-2 toxin and T-2 toxin in wheat extract are decribed. For cleanup of the acetonitrle-water(84:16,v/v) extract, either gel prmeaton chromatography or SPE was used. The MycoSep 225 column was chosen as the best alternative for cleanup of grain samples.  Derivatisation of analytes prior to the finaldeterminative stepeas carried out by trifluoroacetic acid anhydride. Trifluoroacyl  derivatives of the trichothecenes were separate by high-reso-lution capillary GC with electron-capture detection.
