บทคัดย่อ

Homologs of aflatoxin biosynthesis genes and sequence of aflR in Asperfillus oryzae and Aspergillus sojae.

The presence, but bot the expression, of homologues of three structural genes and a regulatory gene necessary for aflatoxin biosynthesis in Aspergillus parasiticus and A.flavus was shown for A.oryzae and A. sojae. Homologes of the regulatory gene aflR were cloned and sequenced from A. oryzar and A. sojae.
