บทคัดย่อ

Effect of Fusarium graminearum toxigenicity on Fusarium head blight of winter wheat.

Toxigenic and low toxigenic monoconidial isolates of Fusarium graminearum were studied in field trials by inoculation of winter wheat at the anthesis.  Number of heads with fasariosis at harvest time was two times higher following inoculation with the toxigenic isolates and DON content in the tgrain was eight times higher with the toxigenic isolate.  The toxigenic isolate was more competitive with other fungi on wheat heads than the low togixenic isolate.
