บทคัดย่อ
The antimutagenic properties of various tea extracts of green tea, pauchong tea, colong ter and black tea and their components including (-) epigallocatechin-3-gallate, gallic acid and caffeine were examined by the Ames test. Pauchong tea showed a stronger inhibitory effect against AFB1 than other tea extracts.
