บทคัดย่อ

Detection of aflatoxin in almond seed.

TLC technique and plug method were used for the detection of aflatoxin in almond seed.  Of the 25 seed samples examined, 5 samples contained AFB1 (5.8-140 ug/kg).  Two of these 5 samples were also contained AFB2 (7.0-140 ug/kg).  Of 29 isolates of Aspergillus flavus tested, 9 produced AFB1.
