บทคัดย่อ

Mycotoxin contamination of maize grains grown in Karnataka (India).

Maize samples representing different cultivars were collected from different agroclimatic regions of Karnataka, India, and analysed for moisture content, mould incidence, ergosterol and mycotoxin contamination. Mycotoxin analyses using ELISA and TLC revealed mycotoxin contamination in 69 of the 197 samples.  High levels of nycotoxins were found in many samples.
