บทคัดย่อ

Characterization and separation of aflatoxin-producting fungi isolated from sugarcane field in the southernmost island of Japan.

The distribution of aflatoxin producing fungi in the soil and air of sugarcane fields, as well as harvested sugarcane stem in the  southernmost regions of Japan, were investigated  A variety of aflatoxin producing fungi, including Aspergillus parasiticus, were isolated and their ability to produce mycotoxins was determined.
