บทคัดย่อ

Ochratxin A in food containing luquorice.

Samples of liquorice, the roots of Glycyrrhiza spp., and sweets containing a liquorice extract were purchased in shops in or around Karlsruhe, Germany, and analysed for OA. About 50% of the root samples contained detectable OA concentrations in the range 0.3-216 mg/kg. Among 19 samples of liquorice containing sweets, 18 had OA concentrations in the range 0.4-3 mg/kg.
