บทคัดย่อ

Microbiological and chemical properties of irradiated mango.

Fourteen  species  belonging  to five  genera,  Aspergillus,  Cladosporium.  Penicillium,  Fusarium  and  Scoplariopsis  were isolated  from  the  surface of mango  fruits (Mangifera indica  L.)  variety “Zebda”.  Mycotoxin production  by isolated  moulds  was  tested in Czapek-Dox  broth  as  well  as  mango  pulp.  No aflatoxin  production was  detected  from  growth  of  isolates  of Aspergillus  flavus  in  Czapek-Dox  broth  or   mango pulp.  Penicillium  brevicompactum and  P.  corylophylium  produced  OA  in  Czapek-Dox  broth  but  not in mango  pulp.
