บทคัดย่อ

Identification OF DEOXYNIVALENOL, 3 – Acetyideoxynivalenol and zearalenone in the galactose oxidase – producting fungus Dactylium dendroides.

The galactose oxidase producing fungus Dactylium dendroides has been re-identified as a Fusarium species. Growth of this fungus on rice, corn and liquid medium described for the production of galactose oxidase was assessed to determine whether the fungus could produce Fusarium toxins. Under the culture conditions used, DON, 3 – acetyIDON and ZEA were detected in the culture medium. The finding is consistent with the hypothesis that the fungus is in fact a Fusarium species.
