บทคัดย่อ

Pine nut: the mycobiota and potential mycotoxins.

A total of 1832 fungi belonging to 31 species and 15 genera was isolated from pine nut.  Cladosporium species dominated the mycobiota followed by Phoma macrostoma.  Overall, 16 potentially mycotoxinic spicies were present on pine nut.
