Hygienic risks caused by chemico – physica contaminants in food citing aflatoxins as an example.

Due  to  changed conditions  in  food production, risk  analysis  has  became  an essential  requirement.  Using  the  example od  aflatosin contaminationof  nonroasted  peanuts  from  Mozambique,  it is shown  that   only  the  strict elimination of  these mycotoxins  from  the  food chain results in  safe  products.
