บทคัดย่อ

Determination of alternariol and alternariol methyl ether in apple juice using solid-phase extraction and high-performance liquid chromatography.

A new method for the determination of alternariol (AOH) and alternariol methyl ether (AME) in apple juice using solid phase extraction columns for extraction and cleanup of samples for HPLC is described.  Chromatograms of spiked samples show that both toxins can easily detected without interferences and good recoveries for AOH(83%) and AME(92%) with detection limits as low as 1.6 and 0.7mg/L, respectively, were obtained.
