บทคัดย่อ

Interactive effects of propionic acid and temperature on growth and ochratoxin A production by Penicillium aurantiogriseum.

Growth and sporulation by Penicillium aurantiogriseum at 25°C were decreased by propionate at concentrations up to 0.05%.  The effect was more pronounced at 30°C.  Inhibition of OA production by propionate was also demonstrated.
