บทคัดย่อ
The objective of the present study consisted in examining condensation processes in closed packaging units with modified atmosphere under changing external conditions. The problem was focused on the question when and where and in which amount condensed water is formed. The results should be processed in a mathematical model. on the basis of model calculations existing deficits shall be cleared out at the choice of suitable environment conditions and control.
