Studies on postharvest physiology and pathology of Kiyomi Tangor fruit during frozen injury
The quality character and physiology index of Kiyomi Tangor were investigated at 3°C, -2°C, -5°C, -8°C respectively. The result shows that chilling is not appeared when the temperature is higher than 3°C. The temperature rang of frozen injury is -2°C~-1°C, which light frozen injury at -2°Cand severe frozen injury at -8°C. At the beginning of storage, the activities of SOD, POD, CAT and PAL increase and get to a peak point, then decrease gradually. PPO and PAL appeared higher activities when the fruit began to appear disease.
