บทคัดย่อ

The biological control of postharvest diseases of fruit.

The unique opportunities that the postharvest environment presents for biocontrol of fruit diseases are discussed in this review and other approaches are compared. Recent results of studies involving the stimulation of indigenous microflora or bioaugmentation of the natural population are outlined.
