บทคัดย่อ

Sokhrannost' i pererabotka sel'skokhozyaistvennoi produktsii.

The poor supply of technical equipment for harvesting, transport and processing in the USSR exert a negative impact on postharvest treatment. The little equipment which is available is also poorly utilized. As a result there are high, avoidable losses which are documented by many examples. An investment and modernization programme running up to 1995 should bring about improvements and increase the value of food production by 27 000-30 000r million above current levels in 1995.
