บทคัดย่อ
Sources of initial infection and the effects of harvesting and postharvest treatment on microorganisms and decay fungi on fruit in storage are discussed. Vegetative and spore-producing structures of these fungi are described. The fungi causing the main postharvest rot diseases of pome fruits are reviewed and the epidemiology of rot diseases is outlined.
