บทคัดย่อ

Post-harvest handling of groundnuts in the Philippines. A systems approach.

A study of on-farm postharvest handling systems for groundnuts in the Philippines was made. Twenty-four postharvest handling systems were considered to identify the most appropriate system which would benefit the groundnut farmer. Quantitative and qualitative losses in the on-farm postharvest handling systems were determined from harvest to on-farm storage. Optimum combinations of system components were made for efficient handling operations.
