บทคัดย่อ

Postharvest diseases of pome and stone fruits caused by Mucor piriformis in the Pacific Northwest and California.

Brief notes are given on the symptomatology of storage diseases of stone and pome fruit caused by M. piriformis, the characteristics of the pathogen and the techniques used for its isolation and culture. The ecology, epidemiology, disease cycle and some control strategies are discussed.
