บทคัดย่อ

Simultaneous determination of fungicide residue in citrus.

Reversed-phase HPLC was used for the selective determination of diphenyl [biphenyl], o-phenylphenol and thiabendazole. These fungicides were successfully chromatographed and quantified using a reversed-phase Unisil Q C8 column. An acetonitrile-1% w/v H3PO4 (58:42) mobile phase was used. The fungicides were detected in postharvest citrus using fluorescence detection. The detection limits of biphenyl, o-phenylphenol and thiabendazole were 0.1, 0.1 and 0.005 mg/kg, respectively. The recoveries were between 90 and 97.3%.
