บทคัดย่อ

Weight losses in peaches.

Postharvest handling of cultivar Zolotoi Yubilei [Golden Jubilee] grown in central Moldavia and harvested on 10-15 Aug. was investigated over a 152-h period. Total weight loss in crops kept for 6 h in the orchard was 6.05-6.43% of the initial weight. Of this about two-third was lost in the orchard, one-quarter in cooling chambers and only one-eighth during transport (refrigerated lorries from Moldavia to Moscow).
