บทคัดย่อ

Relationships between main fungal pathogens of stored carrot and saprophytic fungi.

Of 10 isolates belonging to 5 saprophytic fungal species tested in vitro, only Trichoderma viride showed strong antagonism to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Stemphylium radicinum (Alternaria radicina) on stored carrot. Of 15 mutants of T. viride, found to be tolerant of TMTD [thiram] and thiophanate-methyl, 6 were antagonistic, with the mutants Td M and Td N being the most active.
