บทคัดย่อ

Determining the relationship between labour requirements for potato harvesting and method of removing potato-like foreign bodies.

Potato harvesting and postharvest treatment using 3 machine variants for removal of foreign bodies and 2 variants of lines for postharvest treatment were discussed. A mathematical model was derived to describe the connection between labour requirements as an optimization parameter and the factors being controlled (basic machine indices and potato field conditions). The influence of the quantity of foreign bodies and the efficiency of their removal on the labour requirements for the machine variants was determined.
