Utilization of small grains in the SADCC-region: report on a workshop.

This paper reports on a workshop based on the utilization of small grains in the Southern African Development and Coordination Conference (SADCC) region. Methods applied in the project and participation, problem and objectives analyses are explained. A project planning matrix presents in matrix form the main project elements and objectives emerging from the project.
