บทคัดย่อ

Accidents during potato harvesting.

Health hazards and operational safety of various types of machinery used during harvesting and postharvest sorting of potatoes are discussed. An uncomfortable working posture, high dust levels, slips and falls all constitute health hazards; improved design, better education and increased mechanization and automation reduce work accidents.
