บทคัดย่อ

Susceptibility of the grain of several varieties of wheat, Triticum aestivum L., to the granary weevil, Sitophilus granarius (L.) (Col., Curculionidae).

A biological technique for assessing the susceptibility of 10 varieties of wheat to postharvest infestation with Sitophilus granarius was developed. The sex ratio and number of F1 progeny developing on the different cultivars were determined, and the damage was also investigated. Rektor, Castell and Sperber were less susceptible than Apollo, Saissons and Escorial.
