บทคัดย่อ

Post-harvest application of fungicides for control of fungal decay of ginger rhizomes stored under simulated low-temperature shipping conditions.

Dipping ginger rhizomes in imazalil or prochloraz at 0.8 g a.i./litre and then storage at 10 deg C gave good control of Botryodiplodia, Aspergillus, Diplodia, Fusarium, Rhizoctonia and Pythium.
