บทคัดย่อ

The strawberry pear, a new tropical fruit.

Hylocereus undatus, a spiny tropical cactus originating from central America, is described. The composition of the fruit, ecology, plant development, floral biology, clones, cultural requirements, pests and diseases, postharvest physiology and the effects of cold storage are discussed.
