บทคัดย่อ

Rural level processing of soybean in India.

Several units were developed for postharvest processing of soyabeans. A small mill for producing soyabean flour was designed, along with a blanching unit and a flaking machine. A convection drier which utilizes agricultural waste as fuel was also developed and tested.
