บทคัดย่อ

The influence of selected environmental and growth factors on the incidence of soft rot during long storage of potato tubers.

The importance of potassium content in soil and the interaction of potassium factor with soil pH on development of soft rot (Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora and E. c. subsp. atroseptica) on potato in long storage was demonstrated. Other factors were less important.
