บทคัดย่อ
The prospects for the biological control of postharvest diseases of fruit and vegetables are considered. Three main control strategies are reviewed: the use of antagonistic micro-organisms; the use of plant derived fungicides (from secondary plant metabolites); and the manipulation of resistance responses in harvested commodities.
