Cassava graters and sausage presses. Machinery designed at the Institute for Agricultural Engineering, University of Kumasi, Ghana.

Machines and implements for postharvest processing that can be built locally in developing countries are described. These include a cassava grater, a cassava/palm oil press, a hammer mill for grinding maize, a feed mixer for poultry feeds and a sausage press. Diagrams and brief descriptions of the devices are given.
