บทคัดย่อ

Histological studies on post-harvest rot of Allium cepa.

Infection of onion tissues by Rhizopus microsporus led to the complete degradation of host tissue cell walls. In infections caused by Aspergillus niger the host tissue cell walls remained intact as the cellulosic and pectic substances of the cell wall were not degraded.
