บทคัดย่อ

Controlled atmosphere storage can be used to disinfest stored grain of insects and mites. The published results of some laboratory-scale and large-bin studies, conducted to determine the effectiveness of controlled atmospheres in controlling stored-product pests, are summarized. The effects of controlled atmospheres on the storage structure and the quality of grain are also noted.
