บทคัดย่อ

Economic importance of mycotoxins - recent incidence.

The economic importance of mycotoxins by causing losses in farm animals or giving rise to difficulties in their management or by rendering a commodity unacceptable in national or international trade is discussed. In particular, the importance of aflatoxins in milk, and postharvest and preharvest production of aflatoxins are considered, as well as other mycotoxin problems and the need for analysis of toxins and their control.
