บทคัดย่อ
Technological requirements to maintain quality and prevent deterioration in cereals after harvest in order to optimize their sales potential are discussed. Storage conditions are considered, covering ventilation, cooling and drying, with specific reference to causes of quality loss. Analysis in a suitable laboratory on acceptance into storage and general technical criteria regarding drying, stores and ventilation are outlined.
