บทคัดย่อ

Post-harvest factors involved in the development of chilling injuries in peaches and nectarines.

In this review research findings are compared for the more recently documented postharvest storage procedures, factors involved in the development of cold injuries, postharvest physiology relevant to cold injuries and anatomical studies on cold injuries of peaches and nectarines.
