Biological control of postharvest diseases: a promising alternative to the use of synthetic fungicides.

The biological control of postharvest diseases of fruits and vegetables is briefly discussed in this paper presented at the Anglo-Israeli Symposium on Non-chemical approaches to crop protection in horticulture held at Horticulture Research International, Wellesbourne, Warwick, UK on 23-27 March 1992.
