บทคัดย่อ

Use of ammonia as reagent gas in chromato-mass spectrometry for controlling Fusarium-infected grain contamination with trichothecenes.

The use of NH3 as a reagent gas for chemical ionization in analysing grain contaminating oxy- and acetoxy-substituted 8-oxotrichothecenes in the form of trimethylsilylic ethers by combined gas chromatography (mass-spectrometry) allowed reliable identification of the compounds by spectra of positive and negative ions.
