บทคัดย่อ
The most important limitations on the quality of coffee produced in the Xalapa-Coatepec zone of Mexico were the high proportions of green and black berries in the harvested material and incomplete pulping of fruits. The inclusion of green berries may be controlled at harvest or by manual or mechanized selection before processing, while the occurrence of black berries can be controlled by fertilizer application. To improve the efficiency of the pulping process the introduction of new machinery is desirable.
