บทคัดย่อ

Mould infection and aflatoxin contamination in foodgrains in Vietnam.

Results of studies on the level of moulds in foodgrains, rice and maize, in Vietnam and methods for preventing mycotoxins and moulds during warehouse storage are summarized. Of 35 rice samples tested, aflatoxins were not detected, but in maize samples levels of >10 p.p.b. were found.
