บทคัดย่อ

Investigation of environmental pollution by diphenylamine in apples not treated postharvest.

Traces of diphenylamine were found in untreated apples, which led to an investigation of 6 fruit trading warehouses in the alpine zone. In areas containing untreated or treated apples, walls, floors and open bins containing apples were swabbed and air samples were taken. In some areas diphenylamine was detected resulting from inadequate management of various stages of the work cycle. Recommendations are made to reduce or prevent contamination risks.
