บทคัดย่อ

Evaluation of postharvest diseases in grapefruit under cold storage.

The incidence of stem end rot (Diplodia natalensis [Botryodiplodia theobromae]), sour rot (Geotrichum candidum) and blue and green mould (Penicillium digitatum and Penicillium italicum) was investigated in degreened grapefruits (size 40) and non-degreened grapefruits (size 26 and 40) placed in cold storage. Stem end rot was the most common storage disease, with the degreened fruits most affected. The incidence of storage decay increased with time.
