บทคัดย่อ

Postharvest fruit losses in the New Zealand kiwifruit industry.

The amount of stored fruit which is subsequently rejected due to Botrytis rots, fungal and physiological pitting or skin staining was quantified and related to growing district, fruit size, packing date and length of storage. Losses in 1989 and 1990 are compared and the possible reasons for the differences discussed.
